Group Finance Director
A B2C organisation are transitioning from startup phase to scaleup, and are looking for an experienced Finance leader to lead a stellar team, navigate financial growth, regulatory compliance and everything in between!
You will:
Lead a team of stellar finance professionals across accounting, treasury, FP&A, reporting and more - having overall responsibilities for these functions
Have a close relationship with existing investors, and build relationships with potential investors
Work closely with CSuite/founders and department heads
Work with compliance team to ensure policies meet regulatory requirements
We're looking for individuals with:
Proven experience scaling startups to Series B/C/D/acquisition
Experience in regulated environment - MENA would be ideal, but not a hard requirement
Experience leading a high performing team
Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external (investors, regulators)

Salary: 70,000 AED p/m, can be discussed if required
