Senior Manager, Customer Success
We're partnered with a B2B startup in stealth mode, ready to launch in KSA. With several enterprise clients already onboarded and more in the pipeline, we're looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success to own customer relationships from onboarding, product adoption and ensuring success. You'll be a trusted partner to the enterprise clients.
You will:
Lead onboarding and training, ensuring adoption is fast
Own a portfolio of enterprise customers in KSA, ensuring long term success
Be the bridge between customers and product/engineering
Be proactive to identify growth opportunities, closing renewals and upselling
We're looking for individuals with:
6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS orgs
Proven record of driving product adoption and renewals (exceeding target/quota)
Experience working in fast paced startup environments
Salary - 35-40K SAR p/m
