Chief of Staff

A SaaS startup have done a great job going from 0-1 in the last 2 years. They've gone from idea to over 300 enterprise customers and mid 7-figure ARR. But to take them from 1-100, they're looking to build on their existing (very talented) team.

The Chief of Staff will be the CEO's right arm - this is a high impact, high ownership position. You'll own strategic projects across the org, including people/talent, operations, GTM, product and more. You'll work closely with the wider leadership to find key problems and lead the efforts to solve these. This role sits in the middle of the entire org and all functions.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working as Chief of Staff in a startup/scaleup, or a founding role with multiple hats

  • Entrepreneurial background (ex-founder) would be a great advantage, but not a hard requirement

  • Strong ownership mindset > can work with independence, not needing to wait for guidance (high autonomy)

Location: Mountain View (onsite)

Salary: $250 - $300K + equity
