Account Executive
A B2B SaaS org have grown from 0 to 300 clients (mostly enterprise) in under 2 years, from mostly founder-led sales. They've done a great job going from 0-1, but are now building out their sales team to take them from 1-100.
You will:
Build relationships with clients at enterprise organisations, taking over the process from SDRs
Drive revenue growth by engaging leads and sell the product to key decision makers
See opportunities through to close/won
Work in a small, newly formed sales team - high ownership, high impact
We're looking for individuals with:
5+ years AE experience in a SaaS organisation
Proven experience being a top performer - consistently overachiever of quota, President's Club awards, etc
Experience working in early stage startup environments with fast pace and ambiguity
Comp range: $100 - $130K base ($200 - $260K OTE) + equity
